Curious problem-solvers welcome
DVHS Math Club meets every Wednesday to learn competition math, work through problems together, and prepare for tournaments — no experience required.
Our mission
A place for students who like hard problems
DVHS Math Club is for students who enjoy puzzles, proofs, and competition math — whether you are preparing for your first AMC or chasing a spot at HMMT. No prior experience required. If you are curious and willing to try, you belong here.
Weekly rhythm
Wednesdays, 3:15 PM, Room 3209
Every week we meet in Room 3209 after school. Meetings mix short lectures on competition topics, GUTS-style team rounds where you solve problems together, and open tutoring time for homework or contest prep. Drop in when you can — consistency helps, but you do not need to attend every session to participate.
Who it's for
DVHS students who want to get better at math
You might love number theory, geometry, or logic puzzles. You might want help on AMC problems or a team for the next tournament. Math Club gives you peers who think the same way, officers who organize events and travel, and a regular time to practice together.
